During our recent visit to New York City for a sightseeing trip, we stayed at a hotel near Grand Central Station. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the rooftop area with free coffee and tea offered stunning views of the city skyline. Despite some minor inconveniences like a slightly outdated room and a slow elevator, the overall value for money was excellent. We appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk away from Times Square and other popular attractions.

The room was cozy for solo travelers, but might be tight for couples. Overall, a comfortable stay for exploring NYC.

The hotel's location is superb, offering a cozy bed and friendly staff, especially Loondy and Shaun. The rooftop lounge with complimentary espresso is a highlight. However, the lack of a safe and occasional noise disruptions are notable cons. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its value and central location.

However, the issue with security and a homeless man on the property was concerning and should be addressed for the safety and comfort of guests.

The spacious room and convenient amenities made traveling with a baby stress-free. We enjoyed exploring Central Park by bike and indulging in good breakfast options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and well taken care of during our stay. The hotel's close proximity to leisure areas like Top of the Rock and landmarks such as the Empire State Building enhanced our family bonding experience and made our trip memorable. We look forward to returning soon!

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a nice area, close to Grand Central Terminal, also easy public transport access to LaGuardia. The bar was nice with polite staff.

Super clean and cozy rooms, plus the 27th-floor lounge had unreal views of the city. We partied till morning at the Grand Central Terminal, ultimate hustle and bustle, and pumped up at the fitness center - Peloton® bike and free weights rock!

We'd love it even more if they had a cool rooftop bar for some young, wild party vibes.

Climate control, a sitting area and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Appreciated early check-in and easy check-out.

The fitness center is well-equipped. Free coffee in the Club Living Room is a bonus. DSM shopping market is a gem. Faneuil Hall is the heart of the city. Perfect for business and exploring. Close to main attractions. A memorable stay!

The Club Quarters Grand Central hotel impressed me with its colorful candy bar and the availability of assistive listening devices for meetings. My room in the upper floors with a king size bed was great and having a small kitchenette was very convenient.

Although my stay was enjoyable, I encountered a major communication problem with front desk and housekeeping. It took multiple attempts and several hours to receive fresh towels, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Times Square and Grand Central Terminal. The hotel's close proximity to the subway made exploring the city so easy. The hotel had a great location, just across the street from the train station. It was very convenient for getting around the city. the complimentary water bottle service in the hallway was a nice touch, keeping us hydrated during our stay. Additionally, having a laundry room available was a convenient amenity for travelers like us.

We enjoyed starting our day with the coffee machine, fruit, and muesli bars provided. the free laundry facilities and bottled water on every floor were also a nice touch. a great experience at Club Quarters Hotel.

Had a fantastic weekend enjoying a city break with friends. Great location just a couple of blocks from transport links and walking distance to Times Square. the rooms were clean and modern with lovely views of iconic buildings. Best aspect was the free happy hour which took place on the top floor where we enjoyed complimentary drinks whilst taking in the stunning sights.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during check-in as I was mistakenly prompted to pay the full price despite having already settled the payment online. This resulted in a temporary strain on my credit card, although it was quickly resolved.

The convenience of being close to such a bustling hub allowed us to easily navigate the city's attractions. The fitness center was a hit, boasting a range of exercise equipment including a Peloton® bike, making it easy for us to squeeze in a workout while on vacation.
